Although PMI Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter would make its best efforts to meet publication dates and meeting schedules, there might be occasions beyond its control that a publication or meeting might be delayed, cancelled or rescheduled, and/or web site inoperative for a period of time.  In such cases the advertiser will keep PMI Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter harmless and indemnify from any compensation other than fulfilling it obligation for the number of advertisements, exposure or meetings or refund prorated amounts that shall not exceed the amount paid to PMI Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter.  

 

Further, references in the PMI Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter events, meetings, website, newsletter, or other publications to any specific commercial product, process, or service by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise, does not necessarily constitute or imply endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by the PMI Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter, its officers or members.
